By engaging with HydroScience, you represent that:

  • You have the authority to enter into binding contracts on behalf of your organization.

  • Use our services for any unlawful or misleading purpose.

  • Resell, distribute, or copy proprietary information, content, or materials without written consent.

4. Consultations and Proposals

Consultations provided by HydroScience are complimentary for qualified leads and intended solely for initial evaluation and discussion.
Formal proposals, quotes, and formulation recommendations are proprietary intellectual property of HydroScience and may not be shared, copied, or disclosed to third parties without written permission.


5. Intellectual Property

All content, documentation, materials, branding, images, videos, formulas, and text provided by HydroScience — including any customized formulation work — remain the property of HydroScience unless otherwise stated in a written service agreement.
No license or ownership rights are transferred unless explicitly defined in an executed contract.


6. Disclaimer of Warranties

All materials and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
HydroScience makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information or formulation guidance.

  • The fitness of any formulation for a particular purpose, commercial outcome, or regulatory approval.
    All formulation and product development services are subject to testing, validation, and manufacturing quality control by the client or their chosen production partner.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HydroScience and its affiliates, directors, employees, and consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill,

  • Manufacturing delays or compliance issues arising from client-managed production,

  • Any claims arising from third-party actions or use of supplied information.

HydroScience’s total liability for any claim related to the services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for those specific services.


8. Payment and Refunds

All payments for services are due according to the terms stated in each individual proposal or invoice.
Due to the custom and consultative nature of our work, payments are non-refundable once formulation or research services have begun.


9. Confidentiality

HydroScience respects the confidentiality of all client projects and proprietary information.
Both parties agree not to disclose, reproduce, or share confidential materials exchanged during consultation or project engagement without prior written consent.


10. Regulatory Compliance

HydroScience provides formulation and advisory services based on scientific research and industry best practices.
However, it is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that all final products, claims, packaging, and marketing materials comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including but not limited to FDA, FTC, and GMP guidelines.


11. Third-Party Links and Resources

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or resources.
HydroScience is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites and does not endorse or assume liability for any products or services offered there.


12. Modifications

HydroScience reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time.
Updates will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
Continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Chatham County, Georgia.
